Poverty is very big issue not only in Pakistan but around globe specially in third world. Many people are forced to live in slums under poverty line. No one cares and guide them. They do not have proper food education or medical facilities. When you have nothing no social moral support misery of living on daily basis. Such negative solution and environment provider are there. There are contractors for beggars. Law authority have closed eyes on them, they do not want to take responsibility as they always run low on resources.
